Key responsibilities & impact- Support and monitor the IT infrastructures of various customers in a managed services environment
- Analyze incidents and perform root-cause analysis
- Resolve technical issues sustainably
- Administer and support Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization, storage, and backup environments
- Plan and support changes, maintenance activities, and technical enhancements
- Work with modern monitoring, ticketing, and automation solutions
- Gradually assume responsibility for defined customer environments following structured onboarding
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers
- Work closely with colleagues on the Managed Services team
- Continuously develop technical expertise and expand knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience administering or operating IT infrastructures
- Experience with an IT service provider, systems integrator, or managed service provider is preferred
- Broad IT generalist with knowledge of various infrastructure technologies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with virtualization, servers, storage, and backup is an advantage
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and reliable approach to work
- Strong service orientation and good communication skills
- Very good command of German
