About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and process payments across a group of US companies
- Interact with US banks through calls and correspondence and resolve operational issues
- Communicate with US hosting providers
- Track and process incoming and outgoing invoices
- Account for BTC mining output by individual data center
- Account for materials, equipment, and inventory
- Handle counterparty correspondence and maintain financial documentation
- Work with the international finance team
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the assigned business perimeter
- Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes
- Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue
- Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Confident Excel skills
- English at B2 or higher
- Documents that allow you to pass authorization and obtain access to US corporate bank accounts, subject to the requirements of specific banks
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
- High level of independence and proactivity
- Experience with NetSuite (nice to have)
- Accounting or finance operations experience in US companies (nice to have)
- Experience working with US banks (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Russian (nice to have)
- Experience in the crypto or mining industry (nice to have)
