About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening
- Interact with donors and respond to customer needs

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- Superior customer service standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
- Ability to perform precise, coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
- Hearing acuity
- Correctable near and far vision and color perception/discrimination
- Ability to work around biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment, and temperatures below 32°F
- Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift, bend, twist, reach, and occasionally squat or crouch
