About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Service irrigation and lighting systems for commercial customers throughout the Portland Metro area
- Perform start-ups, winterizations, backflow testing, and general irrigation repair work for residential properties, apartment complexes, homeowners’ associations, and other commercial properties
- Install new irrigation systems and Backflow Preventers
- Install and repair drainage systems and other water control systems
- Work generally 7:00am - 5:30pm Tuesday - Friday
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years’ experience with irrigation systems
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Tech Savvy and willing to learn new systems when needed
- Possess a valid and insurable driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to walk through maintenance accounts, through all types of terrain.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel & dig
- Able to drive company assigned van and trailer
