Key responsibilities & impact- Work on development projects and enhancements for ServiceNow
- Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow
- Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs, notifications, ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS solutions
- Apply development skills including HTML, CSS, and Angular JS
- Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances
- Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment
- Review requirements to ensure sufficient detail for accurate estimation
- Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current
- Peer review, mentor, and share technical knowledge with the service management team
- Work with process owners and other stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 yrs. of total experience
- Minimum 5 yrs. of experience as ServiceNow Developer
- Worked in ITSM organizational structure
- Experience implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMDB core process areas
- ServiceNow Development experience
- ITIL knowledge
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience
- Evening shift availability from 5pm–2am IST
