Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure legal and statutory compliance related to buildings and facilities
Support sustainability goals through infrastructure and environmental improvement projects
Manage outsourced service providers and contractors efficiently
Maintain factory buildings, warehouses, offices, laboratories, canteens, welfare facilities, roads, pavements, fencing, drainage systems, culverts, and parking facilities
Drive preventive maintenance programs for civil and infrastructure assets
Monitor asset condition and develop refurbishment plans
Prepare Bills of Quantities, scopes of work, technical specifications, and tender documents for civil works
