About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct research and analysis on consumer and societal trends, brand benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in gaming and esports
- Contribute to responding to RFPs and to the business development of the department by creating decks, participating in creative brainstorming sessions, and developing strategic thinking
- Contribute to writing and presenting gaming/esports recommendations across influencer marketing, social media, paid media, and creative
- Oversee the operational implementation of gaming and esports projects
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up with clients and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Contribute to selling gaming and esports rights by presenting events or assets to agency clients
- Contribute to analyzing the gaming and esports landscape in order to define the best communication strategies
- Identify the games, influencers, assets, and concepts best suited to brands
- Develop activation scenarios in collaboration with brand, creative, digital, event, influencer, media, and operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s-level education (four- or five-year degree) at a business school, communications school, or video game specialization school
- Initiative and creativity
- Proficiency in AI tools and applications
- Good command of English
- Strong knowledge of the video game and esports industries
- At least one professional or volunteer experience in this field
- Enthusiasm for playing video games and following esports competitions
- Basic Rocket League skills (optional but important)
