Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain Group Quality standards relating to product condition
- Lead the implementation of quality standards and support necessary changes
- Support warehouses in effective stock management
- Promote the Stock Quality policy across warehouses
- Ensure compliance with quality processes, particularly the Quality Handbook at customer returns workstations
- Train new operators and organize training on new processes
- Conduct weekly quality audits at customer returns workstations and during the dispatch of Clearance Online sales
- Monitor and report on KPIs, complete the centralized Group audit file, and define corrective action plans
- Support the use of Defect Tracker to monitor and correct product issues
- Improve the quality of physical stock and inventory data
- Manage key stock-related performance indicators and track alerts
- Facilitate regular meetings between Inventory Management and the sites
- Support the Continuous Improvement team in deploying processes and tools
- Organize communication with warehouse teams and train key users
- Gather improvement needs and participate in project committees
- Monitor, implement, and define stock recovery and value-enhancement processes, including repacking, repair, and recycling
- Develop dedicated online operations for repackaged products
- Collaborate with service providers, partner brands, warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance, business units, and Tech teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
- More than 2–5 years of professional experience in logistics or Supply Chain roles
- French and English required; Spanish would be a plus
- Takes initiative and makes constructive proposals
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills for reporting
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Experience with cross-functional management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable using IT tools; experience with Manhattan would be a plus
