Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support for networking and ClearPass-related issues to global customers
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity and authentication issues
- Resolve access control problems involving 802.1X, RADIUS, and guest authentication

Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically, 2+ years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including the OSI Model and TCP/IP
- Knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting
- Knowledge of ARP, DHCP, DNS
- VLANs and switching basics
- Basic static routing fundamentals
- Broadcast, multicast, and unicast traffic
- STP and link aggregation basics
- Basic understanding of AAA, 802.1X, and RADIUS
- Network security fundamentals
- Wireless networking basics
- Basic Active Directory and LDAP awareness
- Basic Linux command-line usage
- Log navigation and troubleshooting basics
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured support environment
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Flexibility to support customers across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones
- Preferred: exposure to NAC or ClearPass; CCNA, CWNA, RHCSA or equivalent certifications; Wireshark or packet capture tools; basic scripting exposure
