About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and integrate highly complex Integrated Avionics systems
- Create system solutions that meet evolving customer needs
- Support Gulfstream with identified issues and issue resolution
- Support development and integration of Displays and Touch Screen Controller systems within the Integrated Flight Deck Systems Center of Excellence
- Participate in integration of systems throughout development and testing of changes to Integrated Avionics systems
- Perform requirements analysis
- Decompose requirements
- Design systems
- Integrate systems
- Validate and verify systems
- Contribute across the system life cycle from front-end business development through product end of life
- Report directly to the Director Engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 6+ years’ experience in Aerospace or Systems engineering
- Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
- Experience in Displays and/or Touch Screen Controllers
- Some engineering experience within the systems domain
- Must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
