Key responsibilities & impact
  • Search EstimateOne for new Victorian construction projects that include lifts
  • Call builders, estimators or project managers to introduce the company and understand lift requirements
  • Review lift type, use, number of floors, load, budget expectations, project stage and timing
  • Download tender documents and drawings and process them through an AI drawing-reading tool
  • Extract lift details including floors, number of lifts, load capacity, lift type and shaft dimensions
  • Compare AI-extracted results with client information and flag discrepancies
  • Enter client requirements and lift data into monday.com on the same day
  • Provide initial budget prices using the internal price guide
  • Confirm project timing and identify decision makers
  • Record decision-maker contact details
  • Hand over qualified “ready now” leads to the sales team with complete summaries
  • Follow up “later” leads and track tender results to contact winning builders
  • Answer inbound phone and email enquiries during Melbourne business hours
  • Support website content, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn when time allows
  • Send a short end-of-week report covering projects found, clients called, budget prices sent and leads handed over

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Philippines-based candidate
  • Strong natural sales ability; persuasive, confident and able to build trust with business clients quickly
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent, easily understood by Australian clients on the phone
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Detail-oriented, with strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-up
  • Comfortable using AI tools and able to spot obvious errors in AI-extracted data
  • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
  • Lift or elevator sales experience is highly preferred, including lift tenders, specifications or working with builders on lift packages
  • Proven B2B sales experience and a track record of closing deals is preferred
  • Experience with EstimateOne, Cordell Connect or a similar construction tender platform is preferred
  • Background in construction, building services, HVAC or electrical is preferred
  • Basic SEO knowledge, including keyword research, website content, WordPress and Google Business Profile, is preferred
  • A degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or business is preferred
