About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect and provide the R&D team with necessary information from the beginning of development activities
- Support pilot production, facilities, and approved first production
- Build production documentation and transfer packages
- Share and dispatch production know-how between IDEMIA facilities
- Establish common process guidelines
- Work with Corporate R&D during development to prepare industrialization inputs and manufacturing specifications
- Identify risks and limitations of new developments
- Develop final factory acceptance reports
- Support pilot production with R&D and Factory Engineering teams
- Collect and build reliable production parameter packages
- Evaluate budget, waste, restrictions, documentation, training, quality, and testing requirements for mass production
- Approve first mass production and authorize autonomous local production
- Support knowledge transfer between pilot and mass-production sites through training and procedures
- Monitor local modifications and obtain approval from the original pilot team
- Ensure optimal production parameters are used consistently across production sites
- Identify improvements to current production using new materials, equipment, or procedures
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Corporate Equipment, and facility engineering teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering
- Ideally, specialization in Industrialization and/or Materials Engineering
- Previous experience in an industrial environment
- Good understanding of industrial processes and operations
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to work transversally across functions and teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate successfully in an international environment
