About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individual virtual therapy sessions through the telehealth platform
- Perform remote counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health evaluations
- Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
- Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans
- Evaluate mental health assessment results
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
- Conduct monthly chart reviews as assigned as part of the peer review QA process
- Focus on patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
- Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
- Clinically licensed in state of primary residence
- Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program, for LCSW pathway
- 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience, for LCSW pathway
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Tennessee
- Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program, for LPC/LMHC pathway
- 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience, for LPC/LMHC pathway
- Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Tennessee
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program, for LMFT pathway
- 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience, for LMFT pathway
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Tennessee
