About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations
- Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
- Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans
- Evaluate results of mental health assessments
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
- Deliver individual therapy sessions through the telehealth platform
- Focus on patient care and documentation
- Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review QA process, as assigned
- Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Supervisor and supportive clinical team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Keep up-to-date with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions
- Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
- Clinically licensed in the state of primary residence
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Oregon, or active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Oregon, or active and unrestricted LMFT license in Oregon
- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program for LCSW candidates
- Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program for LPC/LMHC candidates
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program for LMFT candidates
- 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience for LCSW candidates
- 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LPC/LMHC candidates
- 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LMFT candidates
- Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
