About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients across their healthcare journey
- Deliver individual therapy sessions through the telehealth platform
- Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations
- Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
- Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans

Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Keep up-to-date with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions
- Experience with technology and digital tools and platforms
- Clinically licensed in state of primary residence
- Licensure in multiple states highly valued
- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program for LCSW applicants
- 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience for LCSW applicants
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Virginia
- Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program for LPC/LMHC applicants
- 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LPC/LMHC applicants
- Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Virginia
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program for LMFT applicants
- 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LMFT applicants
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Virginia
