About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver individual therapy sessions through Included Health's telehealth platform
- Perform virtual counseling and psychotherapy
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations
- Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
- Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans
- Evaluate mental health assessment results
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic support
- Conduct assigned monthly chart reviews for peer-review quality assurance
- Focus on patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Current clinical licensure in the state of primary residence
- Experience with technology and digital tools and platforms
- Active and unrestricted Texas LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT license
- LCSW: Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- LCSW: 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience
- LPC/LMHC: Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program
- LPC/LMHC: 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience
- LMFT: Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program
- LMFT: 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience
- Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
