About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the ReNu Technologies operations team in the field
- Safely and professionally serve clients and field teams
- Ensure ReNu Operations teams exceed client expectations
- Oversee and manage fin fan cleaning campaigns
- Manage and train Supervisors on site
- Communicate with refinery operations and maintenance throughout campaigns
- Manage staffing requirements for the FAS team
- Manage equipment logistics for successful site campaigns
- Collect required data and relay it to the reporting team daily
- Provide daily site notes to the ReNu manager and refinery points of contact
- Observe on-site teams to control service quality and ensure safety and company standards/policies are followed
- Provide real-time training to staff throughout campaigns
- Assist Supervisors with campaign challenges
- Conduct campaign onboarding meetings with Supervisors, Lead FAS, and FAS employees
- Perform site walks to assess equipment health and performance with current and prospective customers
- Provide feedback to Supervisors and conduct reviews scheduled by ReNu management
- Manage Foam Application Specialists and FAS Leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of refinery experience
- Some management and/or leadership experience
- Alternatively, 1–2 years of RTI field support roles
- TWIC Card preferred/additional qualification
- Valid Driver’s License preferred/additional qualification
- Valid Passport preferred/additional qualification
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred/additional qualification
- Ability to work standard campaign shifts of 12–14 hours per day, 7 days a week until campaign completion
- Ability to carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- PPE required on job sites, including FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots, and safety glasses
- Applicants for regular U.S. positions must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of immigration authorization or a visa
