About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor order process flow from Seller Center receipt through customer delivery
- Provide insights on day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee customer returns processing
- Document product, service, and information flow using project management tools
- Handle returns and exchanges, update inventory records, and restock items
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on monthly stock reconciliation
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including order preparation, verification, and incoming deliveries
- Analyze customer information and market trends to improve relationships and grow the business
- Evaluate risk factors affecting efficiency
- Evaluate weekly metrics, analyze continuous improvement projects, and prepare reports
- Manage returns and refunds while ensuring SOP compliance
- Monitor logistics delivery lapses
- Optimize allocated resources and plan logistics services
- Support development of sales proposals and tender documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations
- Knowledge of warehouse, ecommerce, and logistics
- Good data management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and pressured environment
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
- Strong time management skills
