About the role

- Ensure the proper execution of the dunning process

- Prepare monthly statements for property owners (SEV)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial specialist, or real estate agent (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of real estate accounting or financial accounting (career changers are welcome)
- Strong affinity for numbers and a meticulous approach to work
- Very good PC skills, particularly with MS Office
- Initial experience with property management banking software is an advantage, but not required
