About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee a portfolio of centers generating $15mm–$40mm in annual revenue
- Iterate and re-engineer existing processes and systems to support rapid growth
- Monitor and assess adherence to quality policies, regulations, and industry standards
- Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events to identify improvements
- Diagnose issues and develop end-to-end solutions
- Prepare centers for audits and assist with inspections and audit response actions
- Represent the company to regulatory agencies and inspectors
- Guide and advise on employee-related issues and adherence to HR policies
- Cultivate center leadership through strategic development initiatives
- Ensure facility maintenance meets safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with recruitment and training
- Develop management talent through meetings, goal check-ins, development plans, and on-site visits and assessments
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Comfortable working with multiple departments in a complex matrixed organization
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Data-led approach using numbers as a source of truth
- Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities
- Experience and success managing teams of varying competencies
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proposing pragmatic solutions
- Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time without lengthy lead-time
