About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead all AMER logistics and warehousing operations across the US, Canada, and Latin America
- Oversee inbound logistics, port-to-warehouse destination activity, warehouse operations, and outbound transportation for B2B and B2C channels
- Partner with Japan Logistics on inbound transportation, shipment planning, lead times, capacity, risks, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs partners, port providers, warehouse teams, 3PLs, and logistics partners
- Ensure stock is received, transferred, and made available accurately and on time
- Manage warehousing partners to deliver service, productivity, cost control, resilience, and flexibility
- Manage outbound transportation and On Time In Full performance across retail, distributor, eCommerce, and PlayStation Direct requirements
- Lead logistics and warehouse operations teams, managing performance and developing capability
- Establish governance, KPIs, reporting, escalation routines, and standardized metrics reviews
- Own monthly business reviews and annual partner review processes
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean culture, value stream mapping, waste removal, warehouse productivity, transport performance, and operational ways of working
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Commercial, D2C Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Operational Excellence, Transformation, and regional teams
- Input into the MRP process and communicate operational plans effectively
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, transportation, fulfilment, or a related field
- Strong experience managing regional logistics and warehouse operations across complex supply chains
- Experience with inbound freight, port-to-warehouse activity, 3PL warehousing partners, and outbound transport providers
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C operational requirements, including retail fulfilment, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer delivery
- Proven ability to manage service partners against cost, service, resilience, and performance expectations
- Strong leadership experience managing operational teams and influencing cross-functional partners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Logistics, Planning, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, D2C, and regional teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or another related field preferred
- Background check required at the offer stage
