Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of production systems at scale
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Strong backend experience with Go
- Deep understanding of system design, API architecture, security, and performance optimization
- Proven success operating in a DevOps/self-service environment where product teams own their infrastructure and delivery pipelines
- Demonstrated technical leadership: driving projects end-to-end, setting standards, and mentoring engineers
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ServiceNow development and integration experience is highly preferred
- Deep CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions or similar) is highly preferred
- Strong infrastructure-as-code expertise (Terraform or similar) is highly preferred
- Experience self-serving through internal developer portals such as Backstage is preferred
- Production experience building agentic/AI systems, including AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM applications, is preferred
- Hands-on AWS Bedrock experience is a strong differentiator
