  • Improve automation efficiency, reduce manual operations, and enable parallel data processing
  • Organize and correlate production data, test results, product history, operating hours, and component serial-number information
  • Support production and final-test automation, including automated acquisition of vacuum, emitter, and heater metrics
  • Support engineering and manufacturing teams with production-test execution and troubleshooting
  • Operate and support automated and semi-automated test equipment for X-ray source conditioning, calibration, characterization, and final verification
  • Assist with high-voltage conditioning, emitter testing, focus and spot calibration, astigmatism correction, randomizer testing, droop verification, write-to-flash operations, and other production-verification activities
  • Monitor test progress, identify abnormal conditions, troubleshoot source-testing issues, and document source status and test conditions
  • Support products through the production-test sequence, including Doghouse and Versa testing
  • Develop software for analyzing production, calibration, reliability, and product-performance data
  • Aggregate, filter, clean, and statistically analyze data from products, test stations, and historical production records
  • Generate engineering datasets, plots, summaries, and analytical outputs
  • Support product-reliability investigations by correlating component serial numbers with manufacturing history, operating hours, production results, field information, and test data
  • Prepare structured datasets for statistical analysis using tools such as JMP
  • Identify opportunities for software and automation to reduce repetitive manual activities and improve manufacturing efficiency
  • Integrate software tools into manufacturing and engineering environments
  • Maintain documentation and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve production-data traceability and accessibility
