Key responsibilities & impact- Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platform innovation, and large-scale distributed systems
- Design and build scalable, cloud-native services supporting Salesforce’s AI Trust and Governance mission
- Lead the design and development of AI system functionality

Requirements
What you’ll need- BS or higher degree in Computer Science
- 4+ years industry experience in system or database internals programming
- 4+ years technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platform or systems
- Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms
- Experience with highly concurrent multi-threaded/multi-process data structures and design
- Strong Java or C programming skills
- Ability to learn fast and deliver high quality code in a fast-paced, dynamic agile team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven cross-team collaboration experience
- Experience with the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Data Cloud), or ability to learn it fast
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Agent Builder
- Ability to critically evaluate human- or AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
