Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and inspect incoming materials per internal SOP
- Store materials in appropriate physical warehouse locations and update electronically in ERP system
- Issue indirect consumables to appropriate labs daily
- Pick and pack Raw Material, Samples, Finished Goods, and RMA shipments
- Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist in performing cycle counts and physical inventories
- Operate hydraulic lifts, gantry’s, and pallet jacks
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including HazMat/Dangerous Goods requirements
- Move materials safely and efficiently within two Lyten warehouses
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 1 years of prior experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment
- A minimum of 1 year of ERP experience preferably with NetSuite
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as hydraulic lifts, gantry’s and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to travel between facilities (San Jose, Fremont, San Leandro)
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
- Employment is conditioned on continued availability of government authorization required for access to export-controlled technology, software, and information
