Key responsibilities & impact- Install, commission, maintain, and repair Affera™ systems at customer sites
- Perform technical fault analyses and deliver sustainable, customer-focused solutions
- Support product launches, system upgrades, and technical training
- Work closely with international Technical Support, Sales, and Product teams
- Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Build long-term, trusted customer relationships through excellent technical service
- Document all service activities in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or technical qualification in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
- Experience in technical service, ideally involving medical devices or complex high-tech systems
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong customer focus, initiative, and communication skills
- Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Full measles immunization is a prerequisite for the position
- Knowledge of IT, networks, or software integration is an advantage
