- Understanding of infrastructure blast radius and trust boundaries
- Ability to read unfamiliar code, reason from first principles, and explain tradeoffs
- Comfortable across TypeScript, Python, and CockroachDB, or able to learn new languages, protocols, and domains quickly
- Excited to build with AI agents
