About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and own the global operator curriculum from onboarding through expert practice, with local adaptation where regulation requires it
  • Define the operator competency framework, assessment design and sign-off standard
  • Ensure new or updated devices, SOPs and workflows reach every operator before go-live, with understanding verified
  • Provide accuracy sign-off on every operator-facing asset before publication
  • Line manage operator market educators and the launch trainer
  • Prepare clinic operator leads to run competency conversations and improvement plans with the Global Clinician Education Lead
  • Use scan quality data, audit findings and assessment results to guide curriculum priorities
  • Teach operators to question AI output
  • Build AI-supported simulation and assessment
  • Establish standards for operator learning, sign-off and independent scanning readiness across markets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Registered healthcare professional with current registration
  • 5+ years of post-registration experience in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting
  • 3+ years designing and delivering clinical or technical education end to end, including owning the curriculum, competency framework and outcome data
  • 3+ years building competency-based assessment against defined criteria
  • 3+ years leading or coaching clinical educators or trainers across more than one site
  • 3+ years building training for devices, procedures or technical skills where technique affects output quality
  • 3+ years using outcome data to improve a program
  • At least 1 year using AI tools in own work, with a considered view on where human review is required
  • Warm, direct and curious working style; ability to build trust across cultures, surface problems early and maintain high standards
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
  • Nice to have: health technology, digital health or medical device experience
  • Nice to have: education across more than one country or scaling training into a new market
  • Nice to have: instructor status in a relevant clinical skill such as basic life support, phlebotomy or ultrasound
  • Nice to have: familiarity with learning management systems and modern authoring tools, including simulation
