Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the deployment and commissioning strategy for the new industrial production line
- Develop, monitor, and coordinate the overall project schedule with the various stakeholders
- Manage interfaces between processes, equipment, infrastructure, and site utilities
- Organize and oversee the qualification, functional testing, and ramp-up phases of the installations
- Identify technical, industrial, and organizational risks and implement the corresponding action plans
- Ensure that quality, cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met through the handover of the installations to the operations teams
- Work with a major industrial player in the defense and high-technology processes sector
- Contribute to the design, installation, and commissioning of a strategic new industrial production unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or production engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar role involving industrial project management, industrialization, greenfield projects, or facility commissioning
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, HAZOP, and industrial qualification processes
