About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement techniques to identify and address store- and head-office-related issues concerning operational practices, as part of a comprehensive continuous improvement approach
- Lead company projects for internal departments and stores
- Define project scope, incorporating organizational structures, methods, tools, data considerations, and operational rollout
- Co-write and monitor project schedules and budgets with the internal digital teams
- Write user scenarios in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Lead the identification and tracking of pain points and changes across the company and its stores
- Facilitate User Clubs, committees, and store workshops
- Analyze and challenge business requirements
- Contribute to the development of application roadmaps with the digital teams
- Co-develop documentation covering business processes and application usage
- Translate operational practices into concise fact sheets for the franchise Operational Manual and ensure they are kept up to date
- Conduct 360° assessments with stores
- Implement self-assessment tools to support continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of significant experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Ability to manage priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to write clear, structured operational processes
- Strong listening skills and an understanding of stakeholders’ needs and challenges
- Curiosity, creativity, and boldness
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Influential leadership skills to bring stakeholders together, build a collaborative group, and facilitate collective action
- National travel required, approximately 2 to 3 days per month
