Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare daily and monthly P&L for Commercial Real Estate
- Sign off on flash-to-actual analysis
- Perform reconciliations, manual adjustments, and balance sheet attestation
- Track activity across multiple legal entities
- Interact daily with Front Office, Regulatory, Treasury, Operations, Corporate Control, Information Technology, and Market Risk
- Continue developing the analytical environment, including attributed P&L explanations and derivative analyses
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of relevant work experience within Financial Markets
- Direct experience with CRE Product Control or similar product area
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- CPA a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- PeopleSoft a plus
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting concepts
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving capabilities
- Organized and self-starter
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a challenging environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and tenacious approach to problem solving
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to liaise across multiple departments and achieve results
- Demonstrated initiative; self-sufficient, independent, and results-driven
- Strong academic background
