Key responsibilities & impact- Lead teams in development of proposals, statements of work and associated cost estimates
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and the program manager
- Define and implement project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Prepare schedules and resource forecasting in Microsoft Project
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets using Earned Value Management metrics

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Minimum 10 years of project experience or technical CM role developing FAA/EASA certified commercial avionics systems in the Aerospace industry
- Experience with CNS products and PE processes
- Gold Level EVMS certification or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Ability to lead teams to fast, practical solutions using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Able to travel to customer and internal Honeywell Aerospace meetings both domestic and international
- Must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status holder in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
