Key responsibilities & impact- Own complex, cross-functional programs across the product lifecycle from concept and New Product Introduction through release, sustaining, and end-of-life
- Build and manage integrated schedules, align dependencies across engineering and partner teams, enforce PDLC governance, and ensure delivery commitments are met on time and within budget
- Lead teams through the engineering development process and implementation of company products

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of overall experience in program/project management, engineering program management, or technical program management
- 5+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid) supporting engineering delivery
- 5+ years of New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or product release execution ownership
- 5+ years coordinating cross-functional execution
- 5+ years working directly with engineering and program cross-functional teams
- 3+ years influencing delivery commitments and outcomes with senior stakeholders
- 4+ years driving program execution using formal governance, identifying risks/dependencies early, and improving processes and program efficiencies
- 4+ years using project and program planning tools and software packages, including Jira and Smartsheet
- 4+ years of schedule ownership
- 4+ years driving recovery plans for slipping milestones
- 3+ years operating at senior stakeholder level
- 3+ years presenting status, risks, and trade-offs to senior management
- 3+ years contributing to measurable process improvements
- 3+ years hands-on experience using Jira for program execution tracking and stakeholder reporting
- 2+ years hands-on experience using Smartsheet to build and maintain program schedules and reporting
- 2+ years of informal or formal mentoring/leadership responsibilities
- 3+ years using execution metrics to drive corrective actions
- 4+ years managing program scope, schedule, budget, and resources, including stakeholder communication and directing matrixed teams
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
- PMP/PMI certification preferred
