Key responsibilities & impact- Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners as their primary point of contact
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches for OpenAI’s advertising products
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through product adoption and incremental investment
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations
- Resolve issues and enhance platform value
- Surface advertiser feedback and insights to inform product improvements and long-term strategy
- Build scalable processes and best practices supporting OpenAI’s advertising ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting, or a related client-facing role
- Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience with data querying, such as SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership and accountability in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Sound judgment and commitment to user trust and responsible platform growth
- Fluent Dutch/Flemish and English
- Ability to work from the Dublin office three days per week
- Authorization to work in the country where the job is located
