Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar membership in good standing
  • 3+ years of relevant civil litigation experience
  • Experience with written discovery
  • Experience taking or defending depositions
  • Experience in personal injury, construction defect, habitability, insurance coverage, product liability, or professional liability litigation is highly desirable
  • Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Candidates outside California must accommodate California court appearances when necessary
