About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives from discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Work across the technical and operational sides of delivery
- Partner closely with OU IT on its technical roadmap
- Lead CRM readiness and data platform workstreams
- Engage directly with architects, engineers, administrators, analysts, vendors, and business leaders
- Ask technically informed questions, identify gaps and dependencies, and drive delivery through production and stabilization
- Use generative AI tools and agents to accelerate delivery and remove blockers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong technical fluency in system architecture, integration dependencies, data flows, environments, and testing strategy
- Experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives across CRM implementation, system integrations, data lakes and data platforms, migration, automation, and AI solutions
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear execution plans and business outcomes
- Experience engaging with architects, engineers, administrators, analysts, vendors, and business leaders
- Experience identifying gaps and dependencies and driving initiatives from solution design through production and stabilization
- Experience using generative AI tools and agents is a strong plus and differentiator
- Must reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Colorado, or Arizona
