Key responsibilities & impact- Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and track progress
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and identify dependencies
- Proactively identify blockers, resolve challenges, and escalate risks when needed
- Monitor project performance, maintain documentation, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working across technical and nontechnical teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with technical systems, APIs, data, and new technologies
- AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to solve problems, automate workflows, analyze information, and improve day-to-day productivity
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects forward
- Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS, or API-driven platforms is a bonus
- Familiarity with Telnyx products, APIs, or communications infrastructure is a bonus
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or Monday.com is a bonus
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a bonus
- Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations using scripts, APIs, or no-code tools is a bonus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices is a bonus
- Experience coordinating product launches, technical integrations, or operational initiatives is a bonus
