Key responsibilities & impact- Develop solutions in a product-centric team aligned to a business product owner

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong C# and .NET development experience, ideally within enterprise applications and services
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Strong SQL skills, including writing, optimising and troubleshooting complex queries
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) preferred
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Understanding of prompt engineering
- Ability to integrate or consume AI/LLM capabilities within software applications
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes or similar containerisation technologies
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices and Git
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks, including JavaScript, React or Angular
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including system design, data structures, testing and code quality
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
- Knowledge of fixed income products, including bonds and swaps, advantageous
- Strong enterprise application design and implementation skills, including cloud architecture, APIs, containerisation and microservices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to quality and detail
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively
- Effective project, resource and workload management, with a strong track record of delivering to deadlines
- Highly self-motivated and delivery-focused, with a strong customer and quality mindset
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
- Ability to support the development of junior engineers through mentoring
