Requirements
What you’ll need- Consultant or Senior Consultant level professional
- Solid experience of up to 8–12 years; requirements section states less than 10 years (+/- 1 or 2 years)
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) tied to SAP or S/4HANA implementations
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
- Understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants desired
- Advanced oral English
- Advanced Spanish
- Ability to work on-site in Mexicali
