Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and equip the delivery pipeline: manage GitLab CI/CD, tooling, automation, and integrations between tools
- Define CI/CD templates and standards in collaboration with development teams
- Design and operate platform services, including dynamic provisioning of test environments
- Deploy and operate AI tooling for engineering teams: Claude Code, LiteLLM gateway, and usage observability
- Support teams in adopting AI tools
- Contribute to the team’s decisions regarding tools, standards, and working methods
- Handle incoming requests and minor enhancements to tools
- Manage the platform backlog: gather needs, prioritize requests and initiatives, and communicate releases
- Contribute to the definition and management of the AI-optimized Internal Developer Platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in software development or platform/DevOps engineering
- Strong command of GitLab CI/CD, scripting, automation, and API integrations
- Knowledge of the Java ecosystem used by our teams
- Ability to make recommendations and decisions when not everything has been defined
- Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills when working with teams
- Understanding of both development and platform-related challenges
- Interest in AI development tools such as Claude Code and LiteLLM
- Experience with developer portals such as Backstage
