About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead medium to large-scale projects from start to finish
- Help plan, coordinate, and track project activities from kickoff through completion
- Ensure milestones and deadlines stay on schedule
- Track timelines, budgets, and progress
- Assist with status reports, forecasts, and project documentation
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, external partners, and the Site Manager
- Identify potential issues, project risks, and scope changes
- Support solutions and mitigation plans
- Assist with resolving project challenges and evaluating change requests
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, engineering, or a related role
- Foundational understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a project management environment
- Project Management certification or willingness to pursue relevant certification is a nice-to-have
- Exposure to industrial installations, material handling systems, or warehouse automation is a nice-to-have
