About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and processes for partnership management
- Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics across strategic accounts
- Coordinate governance meetings, including agendas, logistics, minutes, and action tracking
- Conduct research and analysis for client solutions, account planning, and proposals
- Support customer and partnership surveys, account reviews, and strategic planning materials
- Manage calendar, travel, and meeting coordination for senior leadership
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions
- Help organize industry conferences, executive meetings, SyncUp events, and client-facing activities
- Track budgets and monitor expenses
- Organize business documents, presentations, and records
- Support executive presentations, reports, and business communications
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of key deliverables
- Gather market intelligence and industry insights
- Conduct competitive analyses and prepare summary reports
- Contribute to client-facing materials, proposals, and strategic presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Marketing, or International Business
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English
- Spanish and/or Italian a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Curiosity about the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
- Comfort working across international teams
- Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered
