About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and teach online math classes weekly for Preschool to Kindergarten students
- Thoroughly understand math concepts and prepare lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate math classes
- Participate in paid teaching assistant work by attending classes and learning from experienced lead teachers' teaching methods
- Conduct trial lessons with new students to help them enroll in the correct classes
- Grade homework and communicate with parents weekly about students' learning progress and areas for improvement
- Perform other work assigned by the teaching management team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher; all majors are welcome though Education or STEM-related majors are preferred!
- Prior math teaching experience is a plus
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic with the ability to engage and excite children effectively!
- Availability and willingness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday starting April 2026
- Passionate about teaching, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents
- A stable computer, reliable internet and timely communication
- Weekend required
