Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct analysis and build dashboards to understand customer experience trends and opportunities
- Utilize customer and market data to identify challenges and create actionable solutions
- Identify, integrate, and structure complex data flows
- Design and conduct explanatory analysis at the appropriate level of complexity
- Provide qualitative and quantitative data support to ensure metric accuracy
- Validate, manipulate, and analyze data
- Collaborate with team members on projects as directed
- Work with relational databases, reporting systems, and discovery tools
- Pilot new proofs of concept
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now and in the future
- Pursuing or Obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Related internship/data work experience
- SQL experience strongly preferred
- Experience with dashboarding, scorecard, or reporting tools a plus
- Python and/or SAS literacy
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain energized and focused amid ambiguity, change, or strenuous demands
- Proven customer service skills
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment and decision-making capability
