About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides Transition Management support for large, more complex deals
- Contributes to activity / project execution across deal onboarding, solution handover/validation, and financial structuring
- Consults with bid and account management to review project proposals, contracts, and other documents
- Determines transition goals, time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for project execution, staffing, and resource allocation
- Develops and implements communication plans covering the total transition cycle and initial steady-state period
- Validates staffing levels, staff sources, and skill levels against contractual, financial, and solution requirements
- Validates non-people resources and works with Procurement to ensure appropriate plans are in place
- Validates solution assumptions, including solution elements and pricing/costing
- Ensures development of gap analyses and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensures project accounting structures and budgets are established
- Ensures client billing processes and procedures are established
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master’s degree preferred
