About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform ongoing preventative and reactive maintenance for two treatment plants
- Write, implement, and supervise maintenance strategies for fixed plant and equipment
- Reduce costly breakdowns and help develop strategies to improve reliability and safety
- Assist with and supervise maintenance and commissioning procedures
- Monitor, report, and control maintenance costs
- Maintain records of completed maintenance and repair work
- Provide technical advice and support to relevant teams
- Participate in technical reviews for engineering works
- Control maintenance tools, spare parts stores, and equipment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience in executing fixed plant preventative and reactive maintenance
- Forklift licence highly desirable
- Working at heights ticket highly desirable
- Confined space ticket highly desirable
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Strong safety focus
- Willingness to undertake a full pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance
