Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze RAN hardware faults and performance indicators.
- Coordinate repair and recovery actions and ensure effective resolution of network issues.
- Prepare and maintain reports on RAN hardware faults, equipment rollout issues, performance deviations and recovery actions across network sites.
- Supervise and monitor daily and weekly fault restoration plans.
- Prepare and coordinate daily and weekly activity plans based on operational and project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal VICTUS teams and external partners to resolve RAN hardware faults, equipment failures and network performance issues.
- Support remote troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and resolution related to RAN hardware malfunctions, performance issues, installation deficiencies and RF equipment.
- Analyze customer complaints using network monitoring and analysis tools, identify root causes and support corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc operational and performance reports.
- Participate in network operational model transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree from a Technical Institute or University in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of RAN hardware equipment and systems (e.g. Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia BTS across GSM, LTE and 5G technologies).
- Excellent knowledge of Huawei network performance metrics and KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of MS Access, SQL, Oracle Database and Qlik.
- In-depth understanding of RAN hardware systems and functionalities, RAN architecture, network site categorization and network topology.
- Solid knowledge of network operation and maintenance processes, with emphasis on problem management, change management, field maintenance activities and vendor organizational structures.
- Experience with trouble ticketing systems and fault management workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize activities and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Very good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and relevant technical and network management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong customer orientation, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Postgraduate degree in Telecommunications or a related field is a nice to have.
