Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, test, and deliver reliable, scalable software across the full stack
- Drive technical direction and architecture for key product areas and platform systems

- Own complex features and projects from scoping and design through implementation, deployment, and monitoring

- Support production systems through troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Six (6) or more years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering complex software solutions
- Deep understanding of system design, software architecture, and technical tradeoffs
- Proficiency in version control, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
- Experience with modern frontend and backend technologies such as Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Experience with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and production support
- Experience driving system migrations, platform scaling, or architectural transformations
- Experience mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments
- Familiarity with VC or PE-backed company environments is a plus
- Experience scaling platforms to multi-tenant or device-agnostic architectures is a strong plus
- Exposure to IoT, device management, or hardware-adjacent platforms is a plus
