Key responsibilities & impact- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and technical data models for information management solutions
- Design and deliver interactive analytical dashboards and reports using Spotfire and Skywise (Palantir Foundry)
- Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and mapping to address data quality issues and ensure governance standards
- Coordinate alignment between operational business units and technical development teams
- Define and monitor project KPIs to evaluate solution delivery and user adoption
- Develop advanced data architectures and enterprise analytics solutions for helicopter development and manufacturing
- Translate business requirements into data requirements to optimize operational decision-making and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a comparable field of study
- At least 5–10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in an Information Management role
- Strong technical expertise in analytics tools and data platforms: SQL, Power BI, Palantir Foundry/Skywise
- Sound knowledge of data modeling, ETL pipeline structures, and data warehousing principles
- Practical experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe
- Experience with tracking tools such as Jira
- Professional proficiency in English
- Conversational German language skills are an advantage
- Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to integrity
