Key responsibilities & impact- Report and work closely with the cSTS team lead during critical maintenance projects
- Collaborate with Network Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering teams to assess issues and initiate swift workflows

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with fault diagnosis in network and server hardware technologies, including drives, RAM, motherboards, and RAID
- Expert knowledge of Layer 1 and Layer 2 troubleshooting
- Knowledge of the OSI Model
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux CLI
- Experience with data center technologies and infrastructure environment management
- Solid analytical skills to systematically gather information and resolve complex technical issues
- Knowledge of maintaining working relationships with internal teams, third-party service providers, and external vendors
